Serge Lutens, a multi-talented virtuoso in the realms of photography, make-up artistry, interior and set design, perfume creation, fashion design, and the crafting of extraordinary objects, stands as an unparalleled "image maker" of our time. With an unyielding commitment to his craft, Lutens embarked on his illustrious career as a self-taught artist, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.

In 1963, Lutens began his journey with the prestigious French publication "Vogue," collaborating with luminaries such as Bob Richardson, Richard Avedon, Guy Bourdin, and Irving Penn. Recognizing his immense talent, Dior beckoned Lutens to join their ranks, where he assumed the role of developing the company's image and crafting their iconic make-up lines. Following this triumph, Lutens graced Shiseido with his exceptional abilities, serving as their esteemed "image creator" for over 15 remarkable years.

Dividing his time between the beautiful streets of Paris and the enchanting alleys of Ben Youssef in Marrakech, Lutens seamlessly weaves together a sophisticated tapestry of European refinement and opulent orientalism. His creations, centered around the concept of the ideal woman, embody a harmonious fusion of pure aesthetics and an unwavering pursuit of perfection.

In 1992, Lutens unveiled his seminal debut book, an extraordinary opus that swiftly became a treasured collector's item. Through his breathtaking artistry, Serge Lutens emerges as a beacon of inspiration, transcending boundaries and captivating the imagination. Delve into the pages of his extraordinary oeuvre, and immerse yourself in a world where sublime aesthetics and unrelenting perfection converge.
